Return Policy

100% Refund if we made a mistake, delivered the wrong product, or our quality inspection missed a troubled plant. If it’s our error we will refund the cost of the product and make sure you’re satisfied.

To receive a refund

1- You must notify us within 3 days of purchase if there is an issue with your order via email hello@fencepostflowerfarm.com

2- We require a receipt or proof of purchase and images of product issues.

Refunds- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund within 2 business days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. We will notify you when we submit the refund. Please wait 7 days for transaction to clear banks and notify us if the refund is still not in your account.

Digital products, gift certificates and workshops are non-returnable.

Gift Certificates must be used for the calendar year written on the gift certificate.
