Developed in the 1950s at the University of Wisconsin at Madison by Professor O. B. Combs. Great choice for an early maturing bell pepper. Reliable yields of thick-walled, 4-6 oz. fruits that ripen from green to red. 75-85 days from transplant. Sweet. Good for short seasons. Thick walled fruits grow to 4-6 oz
Seeds are Organic from Seed Savers Exchange and grown with OMRI Certified ProMix Soil, Gnatrol, and Fish Fertilizer for nutrients. We have a great home-grown process to grow our plants. We are not a certified organic farm.
Plants will be available as 2.5" Pot. Plant Spacing recommendation is Plant 12-24" apart. Plant outside after last frost when night time lows are at LEAST 50*F consistently otherwise plant will likely be stunted or perish.
